Structural design of commercial and residential projects in KSA according to the American and Saudi building codes, coordinating with architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical departments in a BIM360 environment.

• ZOOD Residential – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (Total area = 12815 m2).

– A tower of 150 meters height above foundation level with 2 basements, area = 1902 m2.
– A building of 66 meters height above foundation level with 2 basements, area = 2454 m2.
– A building of 47 meters height above foundation level with 2 basements, area = 1493 m2.
– A building of 30 meters height above foundation level with 2 basements, area = 2345 m2.
– A landscaped area with 2 basements, area = 4621 m2.

• ZOOD Commercial – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (Total area = 7220 m2).

– A building of 79 meters height above foundation level with 2 basements, area = 3500 m2.
– A building of 63 meters height above foundation level with 2 basements, area = 1580 m2.
– A landscaped area with 2 basements, area = 2140 m2.

• Prince Sultan University Students Housing – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

– Design of residential buildings/dorms for PSU students consisting of 7 buildings and a landscape area with 2 basements.

• Tuwaiq Tower – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Al-Rajhi Hotels – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• NMR Tower – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
